All orders take 2 weeks to complete. Clients will be notified when order are ready for shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, SMUK KREATIEF is not responsible for loss or damages to items.

Please contact the courier company for any issues regarding your shipment.

If your shipment comes back for any reason, we can ship out again for an additional cost.
